Villa Market Brief
CB Richard Ellis has worked closely with the developer, Amburaya Properties, and the architect, MAPS Design Studio, as the Developer Consultant. Our involvement included advising on the master plan and detailed design of the Residences based on our knowledge of the target market’s requirements. We firmly believe that the design and development process is integral to any project’s success.

Villa Design and Resort Facilities
Our advice covered the resort facilities and villa features, including private pools, deck area, and room layouts, which were all thoroughly considered to create the ideal luxury holiday home. For example, the master bedroom in every Residence has been individually designed to ensure privacy and maximize sea views, while not being accessible from the main living area and pool. Each of the 17 exclusive Residences is unique – every villa has been customized to deliver a product that caters specifically to the ultra wealthy.
